With dozens of skills across multiple categories including fighting, gathering, crafting, survival, bardic, and deviant, you can design and play the character you've always wanted. Never want to pick up a sword? You can find success in other ways using highly valued crafting skills without ever using a weapon.

As Elyria has limited resources, just like our planet, rare goods and services will fetch a higher price than those which are common. Because Elyria is a living, breathing world, it is not a matter of merely returning time and again to an infinitely respawning resource node. Instead, it will be up to players to find and gather the resources that crafters need to create the goods and services that allow societies to thrive. It will be up to players to set fair-market value, to protect their investments, and to pay taxes to their governments for infrastructure improvements and military defense. And it will be up to the warriors of the realms to protect their borders, to hunt down threats, or to conquer other lands.
